This is a garden room we bespokely built to area and design which consits of flat roof and felted then cement board cladding round exterior and then set of sliding doors and then inside all walls and celling insulated,tacked and then plastered and then we layed herinbone flooring and skirting.
This is an outside building that we bespokely built for essendon golf club for their paddle courts it consits of a flat roof with extended roof canopy and then felted the cladding used is shiplap cladding and then in the inside it is insulated and plasterboarded then painted to clubs choice of colour and then we layed LV flooring and skirting.
This is an extension to the house but also and outside building which consits of cement board cladding round exterior and then a zinc roof with a velux window towards end of building and then on the inside it is insulated,plasterboarded and then painted.
This is a half way house that we have built for essendon golf club from structure to all outside cladding and decking and then fitting out all inside with kitchen to bar and the toilet on the left side of the build.
