About us

welcome to my website

Please let me introduce my self , i am Lee i started out in carpentry in 1990 when i left school to take up an apprenticeship with a very traditional family run builders in ware town called Crook Bros , i served my apprenticeship   in joinery for two years ,i was then moved into the commercial  side of the company where we carried out maintenance ,partition work ,fire precaution work and refurbishment of offices, toilet blocks ,i then spent my last two years on new houses ,schools all onsite work ,learning my skills from roofs ,floors ,partitions, stairs, kitchens, doors, and skirting and architraves .

In 1996 i took the huge step of starting my own company ,from starting out taking on small residential work building my way up to a complete re fit of 34 kitchens in a hotel in london in 2005 following on to carrying out my first full refurbishment of a apartment in sw london this job has lead to me being lucky to have worked for the same family for just on twenty years carrying out 2 further refurbishments  to working at there family homes in hertfordshire  carrying out fitting kitchens designing and building new wardrobes ,vanity units ,office storage ,book cases .

In between all of this i have been very fortunate to have worked with many builders ,home owners ,office ,community centres carrying out all carpentry and joinery work .

Moving swiftly on 30 years now I'm still enjoying working in this great industry now carrying out regular work for a local golf course carrying out fire precaution work, building out buildings like the barn  we built as our cover screen  to now building a new half way house to be completed very soon , but also still working for customers that i have built up over these many years

I believe the biggest achievements is still having these customers and building on this, with still being able to gain new customers via  recommendation

A new chapter is dawning for me also now in that i have been very lucky to have had all three of my sons work for me weather be coming to work to help, watch or to even building this website for me but my new chapter begins in September when my youngest son starts his journey in to this same job going to college and working along side me learning the job in hopes he will make his own company and own way in the future  .

So please take a look round this site at just a very few pictures of my work over the years .

Thank you for your time in looking ,thank you to the many fantastic tradesman that have showed me and invested there time in teaching me my job there is many of them and  a   few special carpenters that are not with us now but I'm sure  i    have done them proud over the years .
